How do I choose the fabric for my divan set?
You can choose from Sloomy's curated fabric collections: Plush Velvet, Naples, Coniston, and Dumfries. These offer a range of styles from neutral to bold shades.
What are the dimensions of the headboard?
The headboard is 54 inches high and features a floor-standing design with elegant winged sides.
Is this bed suitable for everyday, heavy use?

How do I protect my floors with this divan set?
The set comes with chrome gliders that are designed to protect your floors from scratches and make it easier to move the bed.
Troubleshooting
Headboard is wobbly
Ensure all screws attaching the headboard to the divan base are fully tightened. Check that the headboard is correctly aligned with the pre-drilled holes.
Divan base makes noise
Check that all components are securely fastened. If the noise persists, ensure the chrome gliders are making even contact with the floor.
Mattress feels uneven
Rotate the mattress head-to-toe to ensure even wear. If the issue is persistent and the mattress is within its guarantee period, contact the manufacturer.
Fabric on divan appears creased
Gently steam the fabric (do not over-saturate) or use a handheld garment steamer on a low setting from a distance. Alternatively, use a cool iron with a protective cloth.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The divan set arrives in two main parts: the base and the headboard. The headboard typically attaches to the divan base using pre-drilled holes and screws provided. Ensure the base is positioned where you want it before attaching the headboard. The mattress will then be placed on the platform top. It is recommended to have two people for assembly, especially for lifting and aligning the headboard.
Compatibility: This divan set is designed to perfectly house the included Sloomy mattress. The platform-top base is suitable for all mattress types, but it is specifically engineered to work with the provided mattress's dimensions and support requirements. The MPN (Manufacturer Part Number) for this specific model is 0099628376574.
Care: To maintain the appearance of the divan set, regularly vacuum the fabric upholstery using an upholstery attachment to remove dust and debris. For fabric spills, blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture. The mattress is single-sided, meaning it does not require flipping, but it should be rotated head-to-toe periodically to ensure even wear, particularly given its suitability for occasional use. Clean the mattress surface with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary, ensuring it dries completely before placing bedding back on. The chrome gliders can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
