Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Reebok Flex Trainer requires no specific setup. Upon receiving the trainers, ensure they are the correct size for a comfortable fit. It is recommended to wear them for short periods initially to allow them to mold to your foot.
Compatibility: These trainers are best suited for indoor fitness activities, including home workouts, bodyweight exercises, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) classes. They are compatible with various exercise mats and floor surfaces commonly found in gyms or homes. They are not optimized for activities such as road running, trail running, or sports requiring specialized ankle support like basketball.
Care:
- Cleaning: Use a soft brush or damp cloth to wipe away dirt and debris from the upper and sole. For tougher stains, use a mild soap solution and a cloth, then wipe clean with plain water.
- Drying: Allow trainers to air dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid direct heat sources like radiators or tumble dryers, as this can damage the materials.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use. Ensure they are clean before storage to prevent mildew.
