It boasts an Energy Rating of A+ and includes SteamAssist, allowing you to combine traditional functions with 3 different steam intensity levels: low, medium, and maximum. The TotalSteam function utilizes pure vapor for fast and healthy cooking. Controlled via a clear TFT display, it has a soft opening door with a smart glass-finish handle and a removable water tank for easy refilling. Available in Matt Black, Avorio with chrome finish, and Avorio with copper finish. Build the perfect oven wall by choosing between regular convection ovens, convection microwave ovens, and convection steam ovens to create a configuration that best fits your style of cooking. Add a warming drawer for keeping dishes and food at the correct temperature. All Bertazzoni ovens install flush to adjacent cabinets and line up perfectly in a vertical stack and horizontally. Full steam cooking is scientifically proven to help retain more nutrients sensitive to higher temperatures, such as folic and ascorbic acids, chlorophyll, and vitamins C, B, E, K.
