Profoot 3-Zone Orthotics are designed for active adults seeking relief from foot fatigue, plantar fasciitis, and pronation through a targeted, triple-action support system. These insoles provide essential cushioning for the arch, heel, and ball of the foot to help reduce secondary joint pain in the knees and back. While they offer significant comfort and pain relief, they are best suited for daily footwear and may require a break-in period or trimming to achieve an ideal fit within specific shoe styles.

Yes, they are designed to be moved between different pairs of casual or work shoes easily.
While they provide excellent support for walking and daily activities, they are primarily engineered for standard, everyday footwear rather than high-performance athletic racing shoes.
It is recommended to replace them every 6 months, or sooner if you notice the cushioning material is beginning to compress or lose its shape.
Yes, the thin design is meant to accommodate most footwear, though you may need to trim them specifically for narrower patterns.
The 3-zone design provides significant arch support, which can be beneficial for those with mild to moderate arch issues.
No, please only wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap to maintain their integrity.
Ensure that the original factory insole has been completely removed before placing the Profoot orthotic inside.
Check if the shoe size is correct and ensure the orthotic is pushed firmly against the heel cup of the shoe.
Wear the insoles for a few hours at a time during the first week to allow your feet to adjust to the new arch support.
To ensure proper function, remove the original factory insoles from your shoes before inserting the Profoot 3-Zone Orthotics. If the insoles are too long, use your original insole as a template to trim the edges carefully with sharp scissors. For care, spot clean the orthotics with a damp cloth and mild soap; do not submerge them in water or place them in a washing machine, as this can degrade the specialized materials. Allow them to air dry completely away from direct heat sources before re-inserting them into your footwear.
