Product Information

Full details

The Vincent Curved Flush Wall Light is designed for homeowners and interior decorators seeking to add a touch of sculptural elegance and ambient lighting to their living spaces. Its primary benefit is its ability to blend modern, minimalist curves with a soft, diffused glow that enhances room aesthetics, though users should note that as a flush-mount fixture, it requires direct wall wiring and is best suited for accent or decorative lighting rather than primary task illumination.

FAQs

Is this light dimmable?

Dimmability depends on the bulb used; ensure you pair the light with a dimmable LED bulb and a compatible wall dimmer switch.

Can I install this in a bathroom?

This light is intended for indoor dry areas; check the product's IP rating before considering it for bathrooms or high-humidity environments.

What type of bulb does it use?

It typically uses a standard fitting bulb; check the specific product label or base for the exact wattage and cap type requirements.

Is professional installation required?

Yes, as this is a mains-wired light fixture, it is recommended to have it installed by a qualified professional.

Can the light be painted?

The product arrives in a finished matte pink; altering the finish may void the warranty and is not recommended.

Troubleshooting

Light fails to turn on after installation

Check that the bulb is screwed in correctly and ensure the circuit breaker is active.

Visible gaps between light and wall

Verify the mounting bracket is level and tightened securely against the wall surface.

Matte finish appears dusty

Use a dry or slightly damp non-abrasive cloth to wipe down the surface gently.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Modern and sculptural aesthetic
  • Soft and non-glaring light diffusion
  • Durable ceramic construction
  • Compact flush-mount design saves space
  • Easy to integrate into various interior design themes

Cons

  • Requires professional electrical installation
  • Not suitable for high-intensity task lighting
  • Fixed colour finish may not suit every decor style
  • Flush design restricts bulb accessibility compared to pendant styles

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Installation requires basic electrical wiring knowledge; we strongly recommend hiring a qualified electrician to ensure the light is securely mounted and safely connected to your mains supply. Ensure the wall surface is flat to allow the flush mount to sit perfectly against the drywall. For maintenance, keep the ceramic surface clean by gently dusting with a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive sponges that could damage the matte finish. Periodically check the mounting hardware to ensure the fixture remains flush and secure.
