The Cirque Down Jacket is designed for warmth and wind resistance, but it is not a fully waterproof rain jacket. Use an outer shell in heavy precipitation.
Use a front-loading washing machine with a specialized down cleaner on a gentle cycle, followed by low-heat tumble drying.
Yes, its thermal properties make it excellent for everyday winter wear, though it is technically built for active outdoor sports.
Yes, most versions of the Cirque line include internal storage for essential items like goggles or electronics.
The jacket follows standard sizing conventions; refer to the size chart to ensure a fit that allows for base layers underneath.
This is common with down jackets; gently pull the feather back into the jacket from the inside rather than pulling it all the way out.
Tumble dry on low heat with dryer balls to fluff the down and restore its loft.
Because this jacket uses natural down insulation, proper care is essential to longevity. It is recommended to store the jacket in a cool, dry place and avoid compressing it for long periods, as this can degrade the down loft. For cleaning, follow the care label strictly; generally, use a mild detergent designed for technical down apparel and tumble dry on low heat with clean tennis balls or dryer balls to redistribute the feathers. The jacket is designed to be compatible with standard shell layers if additional waterproofing is required in blizzard conditions.
