Pre-drilling pilot holes is recommended, especially in hardwoods. Also, position the nail carefully and use a moderate hammering force.

What safety precautions should I take when using these nails?

Always wear safety glasses to protect your eyes. Use work gloves to avoid injury while handling the nails. Ensure the material is properly supported during hammering.

How should I store the nails?

Store the nails in a dry place to prevent rust. Keep them away from children and pets.

Troubleshooting

Nail bending when hammered.

Use a nail set to drive the nail in straight or pre-drill a pilot hole, especially in hardwoods.
