Product Information

Full details

The APC NetShelter Switched Rack PDU features local current monitoring with a digital display to help installers avoid overloaded circuits by providing a visible warning when the current draw is close to the maximum amperage draw. It allows users to define alarm thresholds and provides network and visual alarms to inform of potential problems. With full-featured network management interfaces supporting Web, SNMP, and Telnet, users can access, configure, and manage units from remote locations, saving valuable time. Firmware can also be upgraded via network download for future product enhancements. Key features include a local current monitoring display, alarm thresholds, remote management capabilities, power delays for controlled startup sequences, a wide range of input and output connections, rack-mountability for convenient placement, and a single input power source. The unit comes with an Installation Guide, Rack Mounting Brackets, and a User Manual. The PDU allows for remote individual outlet control to turn off unused outlets or recycle power to hung equipment, minimizing downtime. It integrates with StruxureWare Data Center Expert for IT-ready monitoring and features a load indicator LED for overload and warning conditions.
