Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your CAMPER Runners remain in top condition, follow these guidelines:
- Break-in Period: Since the upper is made of leather, wear them for shorter durations initially to allow the material to conform to your foot shape.
- Cleaning: Use a dry cloth to remove surface dust. For deeper cleaning, use a mild leather-safe cleaner and a soft brush. Avoid submerging the leather in water.
- Footbed Care: Remove the PU footbeds periodically to air them out, which prevents odor buildup and extends the life of the internal environment.
- Storage: Store your shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can cause the leather to fade or dry out.
- Conditioning: Apply a leather conditioner every few months to keep the material supple and prevent creases from turning into cracks.
