The FunCakes Cake Drum Round in Purple is designed for bakers needing a robust and attractive base for heavier, tiered cakes. Its primary benefit is providing a luxurious, stable foundation for special occasion cakes like weddings, ensuring they look professional and are easier to handle. A caveat to consider is that the board can be damaged if cut into directly when serving.

The FunCakes Cake Drum is designed to provide a sturdy and attractive base for heavier, multi-tiered cakes, such as wedding cakes, ensuring stability and a professional finish.
No, you should not cut the cake directly on the drum, as this will damage its surface and prevent it from being reused.
Wipe the drum with a damp cloth. Avoid submerging it in water. Ensure it is completely dry before storing.
While it can be used for single-layer cakes, it is best suited for heavier or tiered cakes where its superior strength is most beneficial.
It means that after use, if it remains undamaged and is cleaned properly, you can use the same cake drum for future baking projects.
The product description does not specify the exact diameter, but it is designed for standard cake sizes, particularly for tiered arrangements. Please refer to product packaging or retailer for precise dimensions.
This specific cake drum is purple.
Ensure the cake is evenly distributed on the drum and that the drum itself is on a level surface. For tiered cakes, verify that dowels or supports are correctly placed within the lower tiers.
Use a slightly damp cloth and gentle wiping. For stubborn marks, a mild, food-safe cleaner might be used sparingly, followed by thorough wiping with a clean, damp cloth and drying.
Unfortunately, damage from cutting cannot be repaired. The drum will need to be replaced for future use to maintain a professional appearance.
Setup: Place your cake directly onto the FunCakes Cake Drum. Ensure the cake is centered for optimal balance. If constructing a tiered cake, the drum serves as the base for the entire structure or for individual heavy tiers.
Compatibility: This cake drum is compatible with all standard cake sizes that fit within its diameter. It is particularly recommended for heavier cakes, including fruitcakes, dense sponges, and tiered constructions.
Care: To clean the FunCakes Cake Drum, use a damp cloth to wipe away any residue. Avoid soaking the board in water. Ensure it is completely dry before storing. It is crucial not to cut the cake directly on the drum, as this will damage the surface and compromise its reusability.
