Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Place the toaster on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials.
- Ensure the power cord is accessible and can reach a standard electrical outlet.
- Before the first use, it is recommended to run the toaster on a medium setting without bread to eliminate any manufacturing odors.
Compatibility:
This toaster is designed for standard bread slices, thicker slices, and bagels due to its long slots. It is compatible with most household electrical outlets. Ensure your power supply meets the toaster's wattage requirements (1180-1400W).
Care:
- Cleaning the Exterior: Wipe the stainless steel exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners that can scratch the surface.
- Cleaning the Interior: Ensure the toaster is unplugged and completely cool. Gently shake out any loose crumbs. Empty the removable crumb tray regularly by sliding it out from the base of the toaster, emptying the contents, and sliding it back into place.
- Storage: Store in a dry place when not in use. Ensure the crumb tray is clean before storing to prevent odors.
