HydroSure Mixed Compression Fitting Bag - 20mm - Black - Pack of 15

These fittings are designed for 20mm MDPE (Medium Density Polyethylene) and HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) pipes.

Push the pipe approximately 2cm into the compression fitting, ensuring it passes the first visible ring inside the coupling. This action mechanically locks the pipe.

While designed for underground use, they can be used above ground for similar water supply applications, provided they are protected from direct UV exposure and physical damage.

No special tools are required for installation. The fittings are designed for a simple push-fit mechanism.

The fittings are manufactured from high-quality polypropylene with additional specialized substances for durability and reliability.

Ensure the pipe has been pushed at least 2cm into the fitting and has passed the internal visible ring. Check that the pipe is clean and free from damage.

The pipe may not have been inserted far enough. Disconnect the pipe, re-clean the end, and re-insert firmly past the required insertion point. Ensure the pipe is not kinked or deformed.

Ensure the pipe end is cut squarely and is free from burrs. Slightly wetting the pipe end or the fitting's internal guide can sometimes help. Do not force the pipe excessively.
