Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

1. Preparation: Gather your SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap, Mounting Adaptor, and any necessary tools (measuring tape, drill, saw, etc.).
2. Measurement & Cutting: Measure and cut the appropriate opening in your chosen surface (glass, door, or wall). If working with glass, professional assistance is recommended.
3. Adaptor Placement: Place the adaptors on either side of the opening, ensuring they are aligned correctly.
4. Cat Flap Installation: Insert the SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap into the opening, securing it with the provided screws.
5. Testing: Test the cat flap to ensure it functions correctly and that your cat can easily enter and exit.

Compatibility:

The SureFlap Mounting Adaptor is specifically designed for use with the SureFlap Microchip Cat Flap, Cat Flap Connect, and DualScan Cat Flap models. It is not compatible with other cat flap brands.

Care:

Clean the adaptors and cat flap regularly with a damp cloth to remove dirt and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
