Troubleshooting

The fleece doesn't seem to be as warm as expected.

Ensure you are wearing appropriate base layers underneath. Consider layering with a windproof outer layer if it is particularly cold or windy.

The zip is difficult to use.

Check for any obstructions in the zip and ensure the fabric is not caught. If the problem persists, lightly lubricate the zip with a zipper lubricant.

The fleece is pilling.

Avoid washing the fleece with items that have Velcro or rough surfaces. Use a fabric shaver to remove pills gently.
