Setup, Compatibility & Care
As footwear, these loafers do not require a setup process. They are compatible with most smart-casual and formal attire.
Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: Regularly wipe the leather surface with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For deeper cleaning, use a specialized leather cleaner, applying it sparingly with a clean cloth.
- Conditioning: To keep the leather supple and prevent cracking, apply a high-quality leather conditioner every few months, following the product's instructions.
- Protection: Use a waterproofing spray specifically designed for leather to protect against moisture, especially before wearing in potentially wet conditions. Reapply periodically.
- Storage: Store the loafers in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Using shoe trees made of cedar wood is recommended to help maintain their shape and absorb moisture.
- Avoidance: Avoid prolonged exposure to excessive water or harsh chemicals, which can damage the leather.
