The RF108 Fly is a lightweight and sustainable safety trainer designed for maximum comfort and breathability. It features recycled plastic bottle materials for the upper, lining, and laces, offering water-repellent properties. The trainer boasts a 100% non-metallic construction, including a fibreglass toecap and composite midsole, making it ideal for various work environments. It is also vegan-friendly and features a sleek, sports-inspired design. Key features include anti-static, oil-resistant, protective toecap, protective midsole, and SRC slip rating. The breathable nylon upper with 3D printed styling complements a moisture-wicking mesh lining. The outsole is made of shock-absorbing dual-density EVA nitrile rubber, and the footbed is an Activ-Step PU anti-fatigue comfort footbed. Manufactured to exceed EN ISO 20345:2011 S3 SRC standards, it offers superior protection against impact, compression, abrasion, heat, and cold. The water-repellent and breathable upper is made from 100% recycled post-consumer polyester. The Activ-Step Recycled Foam Footbed uses 81% recycled foam and a 100% recycled post-consumer polyester sock liner. The midsole incorporates 61% bio-based EVA derived from sugarcane, providing excellent shock absorption and weight distribution to reduce foot fatigue.
