The 5-star base is standard; for hardwood floors, it is recommended to use a chair mat to prevent scratches.
The chair is rated for standard office usage, typically supporting up to 110-120kg.
Yes, the armrests are typically attached via bolts and can be removed during or after assembly if preferred.
The synchro tilt mechanism typically includes a lock function to keep the backrest upright when needed.
Use the pneumatic lever located on the right side underneath the seat while your weight is off the chair.
Check that all bolts on the 5-star base and seat mechanism are fully tightened.
Ensure the control lever is fully released and not stuck in the 'up' position.
Adjust the tension control knob usually located under the seat to loosen the tilt resistance.
Assembly: The chair arrives flat-packed and requires basic assembly. Ensure all provided screws are tightened according to the included manual to maintain the stability of the 5-star base.
Compatibility: Designed for standard desk heights. The height-adjustable arms allow the chair to be tucked under most standard-sized workstations when not in use.
Care Instructions: Keep the upholstery clean by vacuuming the fabric regularly. For the white plastic frame, use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap; avoid harsh chemicals that may yellow or degrade the finish. The gel armrests should be wiped down with a non-abrasive cloth to prevent dust buildup.
