Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Hoka Rincon 5 trainers, proper care is essential:
- Break-in Period: If you are new to the Rincon series, take 1-2 weeks to rotate these with your current shoes to allow your feet to adjust to the specific cushioning and geometry.
- Cleaning: Hand wash with mild soap and cold water. Never put your trainers in a washing machine or dryer, as extreme heat can degrade the EVA foam.
- Drying: Air dry naturally away from direct sunlight or heat sources like radiators, which can warp the materials.
- Surface Compatibility: Designed primarily for road running and firm, even surfaces. Avoid overly rugged trails or sharp terrain to prevent premature outsole wear.
