To tighten, pull the toggle upwards towards the shoe. To loosen, press the small release button on the toggle while sliding it away from the shoe.

It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers. Cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap is the preferred method to preserve the materials and construction.
