Machine wash at 30°C, do not bleach, tumble dry on low heat, do not iron, and do not dry clean. Following these instructions will help preserve the fabric's quality and the garment's anti-pilling properties.

While it provides good warmth, the 130gsm fleece is generally considered a mid-layer. For very cold winter conditions, it is recommended to layer it over a thermal base layer and wear a windproof or waterproof outer jacket.
