Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: These trainers come equipped with a spike plate ready to accept track spikes. Ensure you have the appropriate spike pins for your track surface (check event rules for allowed lengths and types). Screw the spikes into the designated holes on the outsole until snug.
Compatibility: Primarily designed for standard synthetic athletic tracks. They are not recommended for road running or hard, uneven surfaces, as this can damage the outsole and spikes.
Care:
- Remove any loose dirt or mud with a dry brush.
- If necessary, clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh detergents or soaking the shoes.
- Allow shoes to air dry completely away from direct heat sources.
- Store in a cool, dry place.
- Remove spikes before cleaning and store them separately to prevent loss or damage.
