These are best suited for casual wear and light trail use. For strenuous hikes requiring significant ankle support and rugged protection, a dedicated hiking boot would be more appropriate.

The shoes should fit comfortably with a secure feel, especially when the strap is adjusted. There should be adequate room for your toes without being overly tight. Refer to the brand's sizing chart for precise measurements.

The heel section of the shoe is designed to be folded down, allowing you to easily slip the shoe on or off without needing to use your hands, similar to a slipper.
