Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup:
- Ensure walls are clean, dry, and smooth. Remove any old wallpaper or loose paint.
- Apply wallpaper adhesive directly to the wall for paste-the-wall application.
- Hang the first strip vertically, ensuring it is level. Use a wallpaper brush or smoother to press it firmly against the wall, working from the center outwards.
- Butt subsequent strips together, carefully matching the pattern repeat.
- Trim excess wallpaper at the ceiling and skirting board with a sharp knife.
Compatibility:
This wallpaper is suitable for most interior walls, including plaster, drywall, and previously painted surfaces, provided they are properly prepared. It is not recommended for use in high-moisture areas like bathrooms without adequate ventilation and protection.
Care:
- To clean, gently wipe the surface with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or excessive water, as this can damage the textured finish and the paper.
- For tougher marks, a mild soap solution can be used sparingly on a cloth, followed by a wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Ensure the area dries quickly.
