With the dials set to '0-0-0', locate the small reset button (often near the dials). Push this button with a pen tip. Enter your new 3-digit code, then push the lock release lever. The new code is now set.

The Small size (54 x 40 x 22cm) is generally suitable as a carry-on, but it's always best to check with your specific airline for their current carry-on size restrictions, especially if you utilize the expander.

The suitcase is made from ultra-strong, durable, and impact-resistant polypropylene.

Ensure you are using the correct code. If you cannot recall the code, check if there is a reset button accessible from the inside of the suitcase (often behind the lining) to reset it to '0-0-0'. If not, you may need to contact customer support for assistance.

Check for any obstructions in the handle mechanism. Try extending and retracting it firmly but carefully. If it remains stuck, inspect the tracks for dirt or debris and clean them. Avoid forcing it, as this can damage the mechanism.

Inspect the wheels for any tangled threads, hair, or debris. Carefully remove any obstructions. If the issue persists, you can try applying a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the wheel axles, ensuring it does not spread to the suitcase fabric.

Ensure the suitcase is not overpacked, as this can put strain on the expander zip. Gently pull the fabric away from the zip teeth as you operate it. If debris is caught in the zip, carefully clean it with a soft brush.
