Setup, Compatibility & Care
These trainers require no specific setup beyond lacing them up. They are designed for direct use on roads, tracks, and other common running surfaces.
Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: After runs, brush off loose dirt. For deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing or submerging in water, as this can damage the materials.
- Drying: Allow trainers to air dry naturally at room temperature. Keep them away from direct heat sources like radiators or direct sunlight, which can degrade the adhesives and materials.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
- Rotation: For longevity, consider rotating these with another pair of running shoes to allow them to fully dry and recover between runs.
