The Jonsbo N2 White is a compact PC casing designed for Mini-ITX motherboards, ideal for users building high-performance systems in space-constrained environments like home entertainment setups or minimalist desktops. Its primary benefit is offering versatile storage and cooling options within a small footprint. A key consideration is the need for an SFX power supply, which is not included. This casing features a durable aluminum and steel construction with a clean white aesthetic, supporting up to five 3.5" HDDs and one 2.5" SSD.

The Jonsbo N2 White supports only the SFX form factor power supply units.
No, this case is designed specifically for SFX power supplies due to its compact dimensions. An ATX PSU will not fit.
The case supports up to five 3.5" HDDs and one 2.5" SSD.
The maximum clearance for a CPU cooler is 6.5 cm.
The case itself does not come with pre-installed fans, but it supports one 120 mm fan in the rear for exhaust.
The dimensions are 222.5 mm (Width) x 222.5 mm (Depth) x 224 mm (Height).
The casing is constructed from a combination of aluminum and steel with a thickness of 1 mm.
Verify the SFX power supply is correctly connected to the motherboard and the wall outlet. Ensure the power switch on the PSU is in the 'on' position. Double-check front panel power button connections to the motherboard.
Ensure all fans (CPU cooler, rear case fan) are spinning correctly and are free of dust. Check that the CPU cooler is properly seated and that thermal paste is applied. Consider adding or upgrading case fans if airflow is insufficient.
Confirm that SATA power and data cables are securely connected to both the drive and the motherboard/PSU. Try a different SATA cable and port on the motherboard. Ensure the drive is recognized in the BIOS/UEFI.
Check that the USB 3.2 Gen 1 and Gen 2 internal headers are correctly plugged into the motherboard. Try connecting different USB devices to test if the issue is with the device or the port.
