The PUMA IndividualLIGA Training Shorts 2 are designed for adult male athletes and fitness enthusiasts who require functional, lightweight apparel for high-intensity training sessions. Featuring a regular fit and durable 140 gsm interlock fabric, these shorts provide a balance of comfort and utility with convenient side pockets for small essentials. While they offer excellent performance for gym and field workouts, users should note that the medium-rise cut is specifically tailored for a performance-focused silhouette, which may differ from casual lifestyle loungewear.

These shorts are designed for land-based training; they are not intended for use as swimwear and may not dry as quickly as dedicated swim trunks.
The PUMA IndividualLIGA Training Shorts 2 are unlined, allowing for versatile layering over compression gear.
This model follows standard adult male sizing. Please refer to your typical athletic waist measurement, specifically for a 32-inch fit as indicated for size Small.
It is recommended to air dry to maintain fabric performance, but if you must machine dry, use a low-heat setting.
The interlock fabric provides a degree of natural stretch conducive to athletic movement, though it is not as elastic as pure compression fabric.
Avoid contact with sharp surfaces and ensure the shorts are not washed with items containing metal zippers or hook-and-loop fasteners.
Ensure the correct size is worn; if the waistband rolls during activity, it may indicate a need for a smaller size or adjustment of the internal drawcord.
To maintain the longevity of your PUMA training shorts, always refer to the internal care label for specific temperature settings. Generally, wash with like colors in cold water to prevent shrinking or fading of the black fabric. Avoid using heavy bleach or fabric softeners, as these can compromise the technical properties of the synthetic interlock weave. Air drying is recommended to preserve the shape of the waistband and the structural integrity of the side pockets. These shorts are designed to be compatible with other performance-oriented athletic wear, such as compression tights or moisture-wicking training tops.
