Sand Blaster - Switzer - SBC90

The SBC90 requires an air compressor with sufficient CFM and PSI ratings. Refer to the product specifications for specific requirements.

You can use various abrasive media, including sand and glass beads. Choose the appropriate media for your project.

After each use, disconnect the air supply, remove any remaining abrasive, and use compressed air to clean the gun and nozzle.

Rinse the gloves after each use and ensure they are free of any abrasive media. Check them regularly for any damage, such as tears, and replace them when necessary.

Always wear safety glasses, a respirator, and gloves when operating the sandblaster. Work in a well-ventilated area.

Check the air compressor connection and ensure the air supply is adequate. Also, check for clogs in the sandblasting gun.

Check the abrasive media for moisture. Ensure the nozzle is not clogged and replace if necessary.
