While the adjustable laces allow for some customization, the standard fit is designed for average width feet. Specific 'Extra Wide' versions may be available if needed.

These shoes are designed for comfort from the start. We recommend wearing them for short periods initially and gradually increasing wear time as the leather molds to your foot.

The Dew II is made of leather and is not waterproof. While they can handle light moisture, they are not suitable for heavy rain or wet conditions. Ensure they are dried properly if they get damp.

Gently wipe the leather with a soft, damp cloth. For tougher marks, a specialized leather cleaner can be used sparingly, followed by conditioning.

Conditioning is recommended every 3-6 months, depending on wear and climate, to keep the leather looking its best and prevent it from drying out.

The Dew II provides cushioning for comfort, but it does not feature specialized built-in arch support. Individuals requiring significant arch support may consider adding insoles.

Gently work the laces back and forth to loosen them. Ensure the eyelets are clear of debris.

Apply a quality leather conditioner following the product's instructions. This will restore moisture and shine.

Leather will stretch slightly with wear. Ensure laces are not over-tightened. If significant tightness persists, consider a shoe stretcher or consult customer support.
