A classic sneaker with a modern twist, the Comme des Garçons x Chuck Taylor 1970 Low 'Play' is a special edition colorway designed by graphic artist Filip Pagowski and Comme des Garçons founder Rei Kawakubo. It features a Milk canvas upper with an oversized signature CDG red heart printed at the quarter panels. The shoe also includes a rubber toe cap and a 1970s vulcanized rubber sole for extra comfort and durability. This low-top iconic collaboration blends a minimalist eye and heart logo on a white canvas. It was released in May 2015.
