Bosch Expert M480 Sanding Sheets - 125mm

The Bosch Expert M480 sanding sheets are available in a variety of grits, including 80, 120, and 180 in the starter kit. Other grits are available depending on the application.

These sanding sheets are suitable for wood and paint.

The sanding sheets are designed with a hook-and-loop (velcro) backing for easy attachment. Simply align and press the sheet onto your sander's pad.

The pad saver protects the sander's backing pad, extending its lifespan and maintaining sanding performance.

You cannot clean the sanding sheets, replace them when they are clogged or worn out.

These sheets are designed for use with 125mm orbital sanders.

The Particle Control System is a feature of the sanding sheets designed to ensure that particles are sucked into your vacuum or filter, virtually eliminating dust.

Ensure your dust extraction system is properly connected and functioning. Reduce sanding pressure and/or switch to a lower grit sheet if necessary.

Check the connection between your sander and the dust extraction system. Inspect the sanding sheet for damage. Ensure the holes on the sanding pad align with those on the sanding sheet.

Check that the sanding sheet is properly aligned and secured on the sander's pad. Inspect the pad for damage.
