The Corston Mid is made of leather and is water-resistant to a degree, but it is not classified as waterproof. Avoid heavy downpours.
The foam footbed is designed for lasting comfort, but if you require custom orthotics, they can usually be swapped out if they are not permanently glued.
These boots follow standard UK sizing for adults. We recommend choosing your typical shoe size for the best fit.
These are casual fashion boots. They are not intended for rugged trails, rock climbing, or long-distance hiking.
Use a quality leather cream or polish specifically for brown leather periodically to moisturize the material and restore its luster.
Leather boots often require a short break-in period. Wear them for short intervals to allow the leather to soften to your foot shape.
Use a specialized suede brush to gently remove dirt. Avoid using water or leather conditioner on the suede portion.
Replace standard laces with textured hiking-style laces if you require extra security throughout the day.
To ensure your Clarks Corston Mid boots maintain their quality, apply a leather protector spray before your first wear. Wipe away surface dust with a soft, dry cloth after use. If the boots become wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources to prevent the leather from cracking. Given the classic brown and beige aesthetic, these boots pair best with casual trousers, dark denim, or earth-toned knitwear. Always ensure the laces are adjusted to your comfort level to prevent heel slippage and maximize the benefits of the foam footbed.
