The GO WALK Flex Sandal - Glimmer Up features a flexible knitted upper, which can accommodate a moderate range of foot widths. However, they are not specifically designed as wide-fit footwear. If you have significantly wide feet, they may feel snug.

ULTRA GO® cushioning is designed for lightweight comfort and responsiveness. While durable for everyday wear and walking, prolonged, intense use without proper care may lead to gradual compression over time, as with most cushioning materials.

The sandals can handle light moisture, but they are not waterproof. The knitted upper can absorb water, and the sole may become slippery. They are machine washable, so they can be cleaned after getting wet, but they are not recommended for heavy rain or prolonged exposure to wet conditions.

The Heel Pillow® is a key component of the Skechers Hands Free Slip-ins® technology. It's a cushioned, supportive structure at the heel that helps maintain the sandal's shape, allowing you to easily slip your foot in and out without needing to touch the shoe.

The best fit is achieved when your heel rests comfortably against the Heel Pillow®. The sandal should feel secure on your foot without excessive pressure points. If your heel slips out easily or feels constricted, you may need to try a different size.

The Goga Mat® footbeds are integrated into the sandal and are not designed to be removable.

Ensure you have selected the correct size. The slip-on design relies on a snug fit; if it feels too loose, a size down might be needed. If too tight, check if you've fully slipped your heel into the Heel Pillow®.

Ensure the Heel Pillow® is in its upright position. Try sliding your foot in at a slight angle and then straightening it once inside. A tiny bit of moisture on the heel can sometimes help ease entry.

This can sometimes occur due to air trapped between the footbed and the sole. Ensure the footbed is properly seated. Walking on different surfaces may also affect noise levels.

Gently try to smooth out any snags. Avoid catching the knit material on sharp objects. For minor damage, a careful trim with small scissors might help, but avoid cutting the main fabric.
