Troubleshooting
Canvas appears faded or colors are dull
Ensure the canvas is not placed in direct, prolonged sunlight which can cause fading over time. Clean gently with a dry cloth; avoid any liquid cleaners.
Hanger is loose or damaged
Inspect the pre-attached hanger. If loose, carefully re-secure it with small screws if possible. If significantly damaged, a replacement picture hanging kit can be purchased and attached.
Canvas is creased or dented
Minor creases may naturally reduce over time when the canvas is hung. For significant dents, do not attempt to iron or press the canvas. Gently try to push out dents from the back of the frame if accessible, otherwise, contact customer support.
