The Home Source Alice White Wingback Ottoman Storage Bed is designed for modern homeowners seeking a blend of style and significant space-saving functionality. Its key benefit is the integrated ottoman storage, offering a discreet place to store bedding, towels, or seasonal clothing, which is particularly useful for maximizing smaller bedroom spaces. A potential caveat is that it requires two-person assembly, which might be a consideration for those assembling it alone.

Ensure the mattress is positioned correctly and evenly on the frame. Check that no items are obstructing the closing path of the ottoman base. Verify that the frame is assembled squarely and that all bolts are tightened securely.
Confirm that all bolts and fittings are fully tightened. Ensure the bed is on a level surface. If the issue persists, check the alignment of the frame components and slats.
Refer back to the assembly instructions and ensure all parts are correctly identified and oriented. If a specific step is unclear, revisit the diagrams. Contact customer support if a part appears to be missing or damaged.
This typically indicates an issue with the gas struts. Ensure they are correctly installed and that no debris is preventing them from fully extending. If the struts are faulty, they may need replacement.
