While the Glide-Step® midsole provides good cushioning for general comfort, these trainers are primarily designed for casual wear and light athletic activities. For marathon running, specialized running shoes with advanced support and cushioning technologies are recommended.

It is not recommended to machine wash these trainers. Machine washing can damage the materials, especially the engineered mesh and the Air-Cooled Memory Foam® insole. Hand washing with a damp cloth is the preferred method for cleaning.

The trainers should feel snug but not tight, with enough room in the toe box for your toes to move freely. The heel should not slip excessively. Trying them on with the type of socks you typically wear can help determine the best fit.

If you notice a significant decrease in cushioning or support, it may be time to consider a replacement.

The laces are typically integrated and tied off, designed as part of the slip-on feature. Replacing them with traditional laces might alter the fit and aesthetic and is not generally recommended or straightforward.

Ensure you have selected the correct UK size. The tied-off stretch laces offer some adjustment, but for a significantly different fit, a different size may be needed.

The Air-Cooled Memory Foam® insole may take a few wears to fully mold to your foot. Try wearing them for shorter periods initially and gradually increase wear time.

Gently wipe the affected area with a slightly damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a very mild soap solution and a soft brush, then wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Ensure the shoes are completely dry after wear, especially if exposed to moisture. Consider using an odor-absorbing insert or sprinkling baking soda inside the shoes overnight.
