Full details

The UGG Lowmel Trainers are designed for adults seeking a blend of classic style and everyday comfort in a low-top silhouette. These chunky trainers are an excellent choice for casual city outings or relaxed walks in the park, featuring premium suede materials and signature UGGplush lining. FAQs

Are the UGG Lowmel Trainers waterproof?

No, they are made of suede and are not waterproof. We recommend applying a protectant spray.

Can I wash these in the washing machine?

No, machine washing can permanently damage the suede and the structure of the shoe.

Do these trainers run true to size?

The Lowmel generally fits true to size, but the plush lining may feel snug initially before molding to your foot.

Can I wear these without socks?

The UGGplush lining is designed to be comfortable against the skin, making them suitable for wear without socks if desired.

What is UGGplush?

UGGplush is a proprietary blend of upcycled wool and plant-based fibers that provides the softness of wool with high durability.

How do I remove salt stains from winter walking?

Wipe the affected area with a mixture of water and a tiny drop of mild dish soap, then dab dry.

Troubleshooting

Suede appears dull or dirty

Use a specialized suede brush to lift the nap and remove surface dust.

Water spots on exterior

Gently dab with a dry cloth and allow to air dry naturally away from heat sources.

Interior lining feels matted

Use a soft-bristled brush to gently fluff the UGGplush lining and restore its loft.

Pros and Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure your UGG Lowmel trainers last, it is recommended to apply a suede-specific water and stain repellent spray before the first wear. When cleaning, use a dedicated suede brush to remove loose dirt and a suede eraser for minor scuff marks. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh chemical cleaners, as this can damage the suede finish. For storage, keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent color fading and leather drying.
