The Bose TV Speaker (2nd Gen) is an ideal upgrade for home cinema enthusiasts who struggle with muddy TV audio and want a more immersive experience. Designed for simplicity and clarity, this compact soundbar excels at making dialogue crisp and easy to follow, though users looking for theater-shaking bass may find the standalone unit limited without adding an external subwoofer. It features a three-speaker system, dedicated dialogue enhancement technology, and convenient wireless streaming options in a low-profile design that integrates seamlessly into any entertainment setup.

No, this model is designed for high-quality stereo sound with an emphasis on dialogue clarity rather than object-based surround sound.
Yes, the unit is compatible with standard wall-mount brackets designed for Bose soundbars.
When you toggle Dialogue Mode using the remote, the status light on the front of the speaker will blink to confirm the mode has been activated or deactivated.
While the speaker has Bluetooth, it is primarily for receiving audio from mobile devices. For TV audio, a wired HDMI or optical connection is recommended for lower latency.
The system is compatible with select Bose bass modules. Check your manual or the Bose website for the most recent compatible models.
Yes, if connected via HDMI-ARC, the speaker will automatically wake when it detects an audio signal from your television.
Check all cable connections and verify that your TV's audio output is set to the correct HDMI-ARC or optical setting.
Ensure the speaker is in pairing mode and that your mobile device is within 30 feet of the soundbar.
Ensure your TV is connected via HDMI-ARC, which supports CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) for unified remote functionality.
Setting up the Bose TV Speaker is designed to be a plug-and-play experience. First, connect the speaker to your television using either the HDMI-ARC cable or the optical cable provided in the box. If using HDMI-ARC, ensure your TV's audio output settings are set to 'External Speaker' or 'HDMI-ARC'.
Compatibility covers almost all modern flat-panel displays. For care, keep the unit in a well-ventilated area to prevent heat buildup. To clean the exterior, use a soft, dry cloth; avoid using aerosols, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the acoustic mesh fabric on the front of the soundbar.
