FAQs
Can I replace the insoles?
The Vio Motion Technology is integrated into the design to work with the specific construction of the shoe; replacing them may alter the intended support benefits.
Are these shoes waterproof?
While the leather construction is durable, the shoes are not marketed as waterproof and should be protected from heavy rain or submersion.
How do I choose the right size?
Vionic shoes are generally true to size; however, because they offer significant arch support, some users prefer to confirm their fit against our standard size guide.
What is the benefit of the side-zip?
The side-zip allows you to maintain your preferred lace tension while providing a quick-access entry and exit point for your daily routine.
Are these suitable for high-intensity running?
These are designed as fitness walkers and casual lifestyle trainers; they are optimized for walking rather than high-intensity running activities.
Troubleshooting
Feeling discomfort during initial wear
Vionic shoes often require a few days of wear to allow the Vio Motion Technology to adapt to your specific gait; try wearing them for short periods initially.
Zipper feels stiff
Ensure the laces are loosened sufficiently to reduce tension on the shoe structure; apply a light touch of silicone lubricant if resistance persists.
