FAQs
What is the primary use for the Ansa Fixed Slide?
The Ansa Fixed Slide is designed for casual wear, beach, pool, and post-exercise comfort. It prioritizes ease of use and a secure fit for relaxed environments.
How do I know if I have the right size?
Refer to the Under Armour sizing chart provided by the retailer. Pay close attention to the UK adult foot size measurement. Since the strap is fixed, ensuring the correct length and width for your foot is important.
Can these slides be worn for sports activities?
These slides are not intended for rigorous sports activities. They are best suited for recovery, casual walking, and water-adjacent activities where a secure but non-performance fit is desired.
How should I clean the slides?
Clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Rinse lightly and allow to air dry completely. Avoid machine washing or drying.
Are there other color options available?
Availability of colors can vary. While this guide focuses on the 'Black/White' model (MPN 3023761-004), other colorways or similar models might be offered by Under Armour.
What is the material of the slide?
The slide is typically made from synthetic materials, including a cushioned footbed and a durable synthetic strap for comfort and longevity.
Troubleshooting
Slide feels too tight or too loose.
Ensure you have selected the correct UK size. If the fixed strap feels restrictive, consider if this style is suitable for your foot width. If the slide feels generally too large, double-check the sizing against the product's size guide.
Material has a strong initial odor.
This can be common with new synthetic materials. Allow the slides to air out in a well-ventilated area for a day or two. The odor should dissipate over time.
Slight squeaking noise when walking.
This may occur due to moisture or friction. Try applying a small amount of talcum powder or cornstarch under the footbed or around the strap area. Ensure the slides are completely dry.
