The Chipolo LOOP is designed for organized individuals who want to secure their daily carry items like keys and bags without the constant need for battery replacements. Its primary benefit is the combination of a sleek, rechargeable design with broad compatibility across both Apple Find My and Android networks. The main caveat for potential users is that while the flexible loop offers versatility, it requires specific placement to avoid snagging on tight pockets or high-friction environments.

No, the core features of the Chipolo LOOP, including tracking via the Find My and Android networks, do not require a paid subscription.
Yes, it is designed for universal compatibility with the Apple Find My network and the Find Hub on Android.
The device features an integrated charging port. Simply plug in the appropriate charging cable provided with your device when the app notifies you of low battery.
The Chipolo LOOP is designed to be weather-resistant, meaning it can handle splashes and rain, but it should not be submerged in water.
The device will use the secure crowdsourced networks of Apple or Google to update its location whenever another compatible device passes by it.
Ensure your smartphone has Bluetooth enabled and move the tracker closer to the device during the pairing process.
Verify that the Chipolo app is running in the background and that notification permissions are enabled for the app.
Check the charging port for debris or lint, and try using a different cable to confirm it is not a power supply issue.
To begin, download the Chipolo companion app from your respective app store and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your device. The tracker is compatible with both iOS and Android platforms. To ensure longevity, keep the device away from extreme moisture or high heat environments. When the battery level is low, connect it to a compatible charging cable until the indicator light signals a full charge. The flexible loop is designed for high-stress attachment points, but you should inspect it occasionally for signs of physical wear if it is being used on high-movement items like outdoor gear.
