Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Nike Zoom Fly 6 trainers, follow these guidelines:
- Break-in Period: If you are new to performance-oriented shoes, perform your first two runs at a shorter distance to allow your feet to adapt to the specific support mechanics.
- Surface Compatibility: These shoes are optimized for paved roads and synthetic running tracks. Avoid using them on loose gravel or muddy trails to preserve the outsole.
- Cleaning: Do not machine wash. Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dried mud, and wipe the upper material with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow them to air dry naturally in a cool, shaded area.
- Storage: Store in a dry, well-ventilated space away from direct sunlight, which can degrade the foam over time.
