Nike Dragonfly 2 - White - UK 4

The Nike Dragonfly 2 is designed for competitive middle and long-distance track runners seeking a lightweight, responsive racing shoe.

Refer to Nike's official sizing chart for adult male foot measurements. Ensure there is a snug fit around the heel and midfoot, with enough room in the toe box for foot splay during running.

No, these are specialized track spikes and are not designed for the durability or cushioning required for road running. Using them on abrasive surfaces can damage the outsole and spikes.

Use a damp cloth to wipe down the exterior. Avoid machine washing or soaking the shoes.

The Dragonfly 2 features an updated full-length Pebax plate for enhanced propulsion and potentially refined upper materials for improved fit and breathability compared to its predecessor.

The Pebax plate is designed for performance and responsiveness on track surfaces. While durable for racing, prolonged or aggressive use on hard surfaces may affect its integrity.

Loosen the laces and re-tie, ensuring a less constrictive fit. Consider a short break-in period to allow the materials to adapt to your foot.

Ensure the shoe's cushioning (ZoomX foam) has not been compacted by excessive, non-track use. Clean any debris from the sole and plate.

Adjust the lacing system for a more secure lockdown. Ensure the tongue is positioned correctly.
