Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
These boots are ready to wear straight out of the box. Ensure you have selected the correct size for optimal fit and performance. It is recommended to wear them for short periods initially to allow them to mold to your feet.
Compatibility:
While designed primarily for work environments and meeting specific safety standards (EN ISO 20345:2022+A1:2024 S7), these boots are compatible with most standard workwear. They are not designed for specialized electrical grounding or conductivity requirements beyond their specified safety features.
Care:
- Cleaning Leather: Use a damp cloth to wipe away dirt and debris. For deeper cleaning, use a leather cleaner specifically designed for full-grain leather. Allow boots to air dry naturally away from direct heat.
- Waterproofing Maintenance: Periodically apply a leather conditioner or waterproofing treatment suitable for full-grain leather to maintain water resistance and the material's suppleness.
- Outsole Care: Clean the rubber outsole with soap and water to remove mud or grit that could affect traction.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Use shoe trees to help maintain the boot's shape when not in use.
