Nike Free Metcon 6 - Pink - UK 5

The Nike Free Metcon 6 trainers are ideal for cross-training, weightlifting, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and dynamic gym workouts that involve a mix of lifting, agility, and explosive movements. They offer a balance of stability and flexibility.

These trainers are listed in UK women's sizing. It's recommended to measure your foot length and compare it to Nike's official size chart. If unsure, try them on at the end of the day when your feet are slightly swollen to ensure a comfortable fit.

While the Free Metcon 6 offers flexibility, its primary design is for multi-directional training and lifting. For dedicated long-distance running, a shoe specifically designed for running with more cushioning and forward propulsion support would typically be more appropriate.

Wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Remove insoles and wash separately if needed. Allow shoes to air dry completely at room temperature, away from direct heat.

'Metcon' refers to 'metabolic conditioning,' indicating the shoe's suitability for high-intensity, varied workouts. 'Free' refers to Nike's flexible sole technology designed to mimic the natural motion of bare feet, providing enhanced mobility and agility.

Ensure you have the correct size. Try adjusting your lacing technique to alleviate pressure points. Consider wearing thinner socks if the fit is generally snug.

Check the outsole for any debris or wear. Clean the tread thoroughly. Ensure your training surface is clean and dry. If the outsole is excessively worn, it might be time for a new pair.

After each workout, remove the insoles and allow both the shoes and insoles to air dry completely. Use shoe deodorizers or sprinkle baking soda inside when not in use. Wash insoles periodically with mild soap and water.
