Constructed from powder coated die cast aluminium and steel, the lamp is characterised by its arched silhouette and slender body. Light is emitted from a tilting circular disc that can be adjusted to provide indirect ambient illumination or a direct task light beam depending on your needs and preference. Modern and simple, the Marselis floor light is an understated, practical lamp that blends seamlessly with contemporary homes and living spaces. Available in two versatile monochromatic colours. The LED floor lamp Marselis is a design of the design duo kaschkasch. Inspired by local street signs, designers Florian Kallus and Sebastian Schneider created the Marselis luminaire series. In the arm of the floor lamp, which is bent at the top, there is a light element fixed in it with two joints, which can be rotated so that the light radiation can be directed individually - directly for working or reading or indirectly for relaxed background lighting. The floor lamp is made of powder-coated die-cast aluminum, steel and a polycarbonate diffuser as diffuser. This allows the light to radiate glare-free and homogeneous. An integrated touch dimmer allows the adjustment of different light intensities. Founded in 2011 by designers Kallus and Schneider, the design studio kaschkasch works in the fields of furniture, lighting design and art direction for several national and international clients. Designs in a symbiosis of straightness and beauty, straddling the line between function and formal rigor, challenging, intelligent and logical - these are the works of the design studio kaschkasch. The light source comes from a tilting circular disc, which can be adjusted to create both an indirect ambient and direct task light beam. The lamp body is crafted from powder coated die cast aluminium and steel, and the light source is an injection moulded polycarbonate opalescent lens that conceals a flat panel of light. Both lamp designs are available in different colours and are suitable for a variety of private and corporate settings.
