The HellermannTyton 116-01812 is a Serrated Cable Tie manufactured entirely of plastic and recyclable. The design of the head guarantees a high tensile strength whilst allowing a very low insertion force. This, combined with the bent tail design of the tie, ensures a simple and quick installation. Whilst the cable tie is easily installed by hand manually, tensioning tools can be used to ensure a consistent and safe installation. Key features include a bundle diameter of 22mm, halogen-free material, a minimum holding force of 80 N, and an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Dimensions are 100mm (length) x 2.5mm (width), and it is supplied in packs of 100 in red.
