The rings allow multiple family members to share the same handle safely by identifying their individual brush heads at a glance.
On a full charge, the battery is designed to last for several weeks of normal, twice-daily use.
Switch to 'Sensitive' mode and ensure you are using the lowest intensity setting until your gums adjust.
Check that the charging station is firmly mounted and properly plugged in, and ensure no moisture is interfering with the contact points.
Verify that the brush head is securely clicked into place and that the battery level is sufficient.
To set up your device, mount the charging station to a clean, flat wall surface near an outlet. Ensure the brush is fully charged before its first use. To maintain hygiene, use the color-coded rings on the brush heads if multiple family members are using the same handle. After brushing, rinse the brush head thoroughly and store it in the wall-mounted holder to ensure it dries completely. The unit is IPX7 waterproof, meaning you can safely rinse the handle under running water, but it should not be submerged in water for extended periods.
