Troubleshooting

Water is penetrating the fabric.

The jacket is water-resistant, not waterproof. Heavy or prolonged rain may allow water penetration. Re-apply a durable water repellent (DWR) treatment after washing to restore water resistance.

Zippers are sticking.

Lubricate the zippers with a zipper wax or a silicone-based lubricant. Avoid using oil-based lubricants as they can attract dirt.

The jacket feels less breathable.

Wash the jacket according to care instructions to remove dirt and restore breathability. Ensure the jacket is not excessively layered.
