Bed frame squeaks or rattles
Ensure all bolts and screws are tightened securely. Check that the mattress is correctly positioned and not shifting.
Parts missing or damaged upon arrival
Contact the retailer or Sloomy customer support immediately with your order details and a description of the missing/damaged parts.
Difficulty aligning parts during assembly

Compatibility: This bed frame is compatible with standard mattress sizes. Ensure you select the correct frame size to match your mattress (e.g., a King size frame for a King size mattress).
